Cup Cakes ========= 125g Caster sugar 125g Softened butter 125g Self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 large eggs 2-3 drops Vanilla essence Pinch of salt Decoration ========= Icing sugar Chocolate buttons Hundreds and Thousands or Chocolate Vermicelli |

What to do |
1. Switch on the oven and set it to 190 C. 2. Put all the cup cake ingredients into a big bowl and beat well unlit they form a creamy mixture. 3. Using a spoon, put the mixture into paper bun cases placed in bun or muffin tins. 4. Put into the oven and cook for 10 to 20 minutes, until the surface is firm and golden brown. 5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. 6. Mix the icing sugar and a little water to form a thick paste. 7. Spread the icing over the tops of the buns and then sprinkle the chocolate buttons or other topping onto the wet icing. |
